Photography for me is the ability to capture emotion through art. I have a passion for photographing people and that is where my skill is truly shown. Photography gives me the freedom to truly be myself and this career supports all types of creative expression. I have also been an educator for fifteen years and I feel my experience teaching has helped me tremendously with my photography career. It has taught me how to connect to my clients, how to soothe upset children and how to effectively teach my DSLR and Photoshop classes. I feel my experience as an educator has helped me as a business owner and with connecting to the community.
